About Us

GHADAI Technology: Securing Infrastructure, Enabling Innovation

GHADAI Technology is a Gurugram-based engineering company working at the convergence of semiconductor education, critical network infrastructure and advanced security. Since 2008 we have grown from a systems integrator into an engineering firm with a VLSI design corridor to Sweden through our partner, Semicon Service Nordic AB.

Our "Silicon-to-Security" philosophy defines us. We provide chip-design services, build and maintain secure networks and surveillance systems, and train the workforce that engineers them. At its centre is our turnkey 1-micron teaching-fab programme: each tool accepted against a written specification and the complete line qualified by our engineers, with senior process consultants from Taiwan's semiconductor industry, so students can move from design to hands-on fabrication.

From fibre backbones and telecom towers to campus networks and surveillance grids, GHADAI Technology has delivered for GMR Delhi International Airport, Bharti Airtel, Reliance Jio, ESIC, Amity University and the Aditya Birla Group. We combine Indian engineering scale with VLSI design expertise from our Swedish partner and senior process consultants from Taiwan's semiconductor industry.

Teaching Fab-in-a-Box: Turnkey 1-Micron Semiconductor Labs for Universities

Ghadai Technology builds turnkey 1-micron semiconductor teaching fabs: cleanroom, utilities, tools, process, training and acceptance under our single responsibility. Each lab is built so students can design, pattern, build, test and package real devices, closing the "Lab-to-Fab" gap between classroom theory and hands-on fabrication. Our first line, for a private-sector education organisation, is under purchase order and in engineering and procurement.

  • A Complete Process Line: 1.0 µm features on 100 mm wafers by i-line (365 nm) mask-aligner lithography, and an NMOS device process; lines, overlay and oxide measured at handover, working transistors made with your team in the first year.

  • Sustainable Operating Models: We help universities set up the lab as a Section-8 entity that can offer corporate training, research collaborations with start-ups and testing services, within its license and grant terms.

  • Turnkey Infrastructure: An ISO 7 cleanroom with ISO 5 laminar-flow zones, classified to ISO 14644-1 at handover, and gas life-safety systems designed to the Gas Cylinders Rules, 2016.
