Our mission is dual-focused: to build turnkey 1-micron semiconductor teaching fabs that take students from chip design to hands-on fabrication, and to engineer the rugged ISP and networking grids that sustain modern enterprises.
We build turnkey 1-micron teaching fabs — a complete process line, not a component supply. Our first line, for a private-sector education organisation, is under purchase order and in engineering and procurement. Each line includes:
- Lithography & Patterning: i-line (365 nm) contact/proximity exposure; 1.0 µm features in vacuum contact; overlay within ±1 µm, measured on verniers.
- Thermal Processing: Oxidation and diffusion furnaces.
- Thin Film Deposition: High-vacuum PVD for lift-off metallisation.
- Characterization: SEM imaging, stylus profilometry, four-point-probe sheet resistance, optical inspection and electrical test.
Each tool is accepted against a written specification, by its maker where the maker installs it, and the complete line is qualified by our engineers, with senior process consultants from Taiwan’s semiconductor industry.
