Ghadai Technology Pvt Ltd. Based out of Gurgaon is building a comprehensive ecosystem in the semiconductor industry, covering every stage from semiconductor labs and VLSI design to fabrication (fab) and advanced packaging.
As part of this initiative, Ghadai Technology has formed a joint venture with Semicon Service Nordic AB, a Sweden-based company, to meet the growing demand for skilled semiconductor professionals in India, Sweden and European Countries.
Ghadai Technology will train Indian university students in institutions equipped with semiconductor labs, providing them with advanced, hands-on practical knowledge. This training is provided by highly skilled and experienced industry professionals having 12+ years of experience. The training will be designed to give participants the equivalent of two years of industry experience. Upon successful completion and successful interviews, these trained professionals are ensured to be placed in leading semiconductor companies in India, Sweden and European Countries.
